Print Specifications

Quoting

We have an estimator waiting for your quote, you are able to either email quotes to us at topprint@topprint.biz or go to our web site www.topprint.net.au and you will be able to upload your quote details returning quotes back to you within a 24 hour turnaround.

Artwork

We have a full time qualified graphics/pre press person who is fully converse with quark, Photoshop, Illustrator and in design as well as many more programs. If a file is supplied the main points to be aware of to ensure your file is print ready:

  1. Supply as PDF file (PDF Distiller settings are downloadable from the above link) if files are sent in any other applications there may be an extra charge to set file up to become print ready.
  2. EPS files will be accepted providing the fonts have been converted to outlines or curves
  3. If possible please compress files into ZIP or Stuffit files this should help safeguard artwork from being corrupted when emailing.
  4. Allow a 3mm bleed on any edges that has artwork to edge of artwork
  5. When supplying spot pms colours please do separations to ensure your colours are correct
  6. If supplying a PDF file ensure your fonts are embedded.


All care is taken to ensure client supplied files are correct before printing; Top Print takes no responsibility for errors that may occur upon printing of client supplied files.Alternatively we would be happy to discuss with you any artwork/graphic design ideas with us, we would be happy to come out to your premises to discuss your graphic design work.

Proofing of Job

Digital Proofs are available the cost for these are:

A4 size $17.50 (per copy)
A3 size $25.00 (per copy)

 

Printing

  1. We estimate a turn around time of 7 days depending on the size of job, stock availability, finishing etc. Urgent Job requests are welcome if required earlier than this date.
  2. All care is taken to ensure client supplied files are correct before printing; Top Print takes no responsibility for errors that may occur upon printing of client supplied files.
  3. Jobs are supplied to us as PMS colours our jobs are printed to directly match the PMS colour pantone match system booklet. Or if a previous sample can be supplied we can ensure a colour match.
